We make rugged Alaskan-lifestyle jewelry: sterling, copper, glass, pearls, and other materials named honestly on each product page. Not duty-free diamond theater — just Juneau-made pieces built to wear and gift.

Three steps

1. Choose a Dock-Pickup Ready piece

Browse our Dock-Pickup Ready collection. These are in-stock, portable pieces we can reserve for a named ship day.

2. Checkout with your cruise details

Select Dock Pickup (or Ship Home) and include:

  1. Ship name
  2. Juneau arrival date
  3. Mobile phone (so we can text your window and landmark)

Plan on 48–72 hours before Juneau arrival so we can confirm inventory and your meeting window. Same-day or next-morning requests may be declined or converted to Ship Home.

Prepaid online only. We do not take cash at the dock.

3. Meet for a short handoff

After the order, we confirm a pickup window (typically about 10–15 minutes) and a named public landmark near the docks—not inside secure terminal zones.

We text the day before and/or morning of when your ship schedule is clear. Bring your order confirmation and a name match for the order.

We do not board ships, solicit on the pier, hand out flyers, or meet in secure embarkation/debarkation areas.

What if the ship is late—or weather turns?

If your ship is late, diverted, or conditions make a safe public handoff impractical, we will:

  • Try to reschedule within your shore time when we can, or
  • Automatically convert the order to Ship Home and email tracking

What if I miss the window?

Missed windows convert to Ship Home. No-show does not cancel a reserved prepaid order—the piece that was packed for you remains yours and ships unless we arrange another option the same day. Details are in the Dock Pickup Policy.

Prefer Ship Home from the start?

Choose Ship Home at checkout anytime. Processing is typically 1–2 business days once ready; carriers and rates follow our Shipping policy. Enjoy Juneau empty-handed; your piece arrives after you get home.
