Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Outside (international), contact us before ordering at jnugold@proton.me or (907) 531-7624 so we can confirm options.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships.

Carriers & delivery estimates
We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on your address and the package. Delivery estimates vary by destination. Weather and remote Alaska addresses can add time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier based on destination and package weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, contact us right away at jnugold@proton.me with your order number and photos if relevant. We'll help make it right.
